All of our Dispatchers are APCO Certified. APCO is a 45 hour class that all Dispatchers must attend. This class certifies each person as Public Safety Telecommunicator. Each Dispatcher must get 10 hours of CEU every two (2) years., with two (2) of those being on Missing & Exploited Children. Dispatchers are also TBI / NCIC Certified and EMD Certified.
